Akshay is a serial entrepreneur who started his journey during his MBA from MDI Gurgaon, with setting up of India's first student run Mutual Fund on the campus.

Since then, he's been enabling and empowering talent! Starting with a spoken english training venture (training thousands of students), to a recruitment agency that employs 60+ women (working from home) and helps hundreds of clients to hire great talent for scaling up their teams.
