We submit screened candidates with detailed screening report
Interview only those candidates you shortlist basis the CV and screening report
We are responsible for arranging the first interaction (in-person or remote)
Your team takes over the process after the first interaction till offer release
We bill you 8.33% of the annual CTC (fixed) that you offer to a candidate selected through our efforts.
We offer free replacement of any candidate placed by us if s/he quits the job within 90 days.
We bill you 7.5% of the annual CTC (fixed) that you offer to a candidate selected through our efforts.
We offer free replacement of any candidate placed by us if s/he quits the job within 60 days.
Junior Level Roles
(CTC offered upto 6 lacs)
for 5 interviews
Mid to Senior Roles
(CTC offered 6 lacs or more)
for 5 interviews
We will get candidates to complete an assignment before first interaction
*Validity of Service is 30 days from date of payment
Terms and Conditions
Unnati’s invoice is payable 30 days after the joining date of the candidate
Only one replacement will be provided in the replacement period
If any candidate shared by Unnati is hired by the client within one year of sharing, then Unnati will invoice the client as per the applicable rate.
If you ask us to schedule an interview for a candidate we share, then it shall be deemed to be our submission even if you later discover that you have received that profile from another source.
In case Unnati’s candidate is offered an internship in place of regular employment, then we will charge 20% of the total stipend payable to the intern for the duration of the internship.
CTC - Cost to Company - shall include all fixed salary components including P.F, medical, LTA, fixed allowances, joining bonus etc. as offered to the candidate at the time of joining.
In case any payment is delayed beyond 45 days from its due date, Unnati reserves the right to charge interest on amount due at the rate of 1% per month of delay.
