To qualify you must
- Have 3 to 8 years of experience in HR and in-depth knowledge in all domains of HR
- Be smart and presentable with excellent communication, interpersonal and team management skills
- Have good networking skills to leverage talent from various sources like campus, vendors, portals, and social media
- Be able to design the recruitment process, manage employee engagement, undertake CSR, enforce policies, and implement various HR strategies for employees
- Have done Campus hiring and must be available to join immediately
