To qualify you must

- Have 7-18 years of R&D Experience in Naturals, Ayurveda, Personal Care at a Group/Team Leader or Head level.

- Be fully operational on R&D and Product development related activities.

- Be able to locate new Ingredients that can add value to the innovations and establish feasibility and manufacturing of the product

- Develop a robust QA and product team to ensure optimisation of costs and benefits
