To qualify you must
- Be an MBA graduate preferably, with 7-10 years in Sales & Distribution in General Trade
- Be from FMCG or similar industry, with experience of managing sales team (front line/ Managerial) as Supervisor
- Have excellent written and verbal English communicaton, and should have worked at soft skills like presentation and classroom trainings
- Be responsible for business development in the assigned states with the help of respective ASM for the states
