HR Manager Required for a unique Wellness products company for Delhi

We're helping to hire for a wellness products startup that is providing easy to use, portable and disposable personal care products for women and babies.

To qualify you must

• Have work experience of 3 to 7 yrs into developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to align with business vision

• Be able to manage the entire HR process including recruitment, employee relations, HR ops, appraisals etc

• Have managed vendors, developed training programs, designed policies and handled staff issues

• Have excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to build and maintain networks and relations
