To qualify you must
- Have 7 to 10 yrs of experience majorly in Talent acquisition and a little bit in other HR roles, with extensive knowledge of recruiting, sourcing and networking
- Be able to thrive in a rapidly changing environment but effectively coach employees and management through difficult issues
- Be able to partner with leadership team to align HR strategy with Business strategy, and coach them on employee issues
- Be able to plan the hiring budget and foresee future staffing requirements, participate in recruitment campaigns and fairs
- Have a large network of contacts to source qualified candidates, and ensure employee referrals
