To qualify you must

Be a technical graduate/post-graduate with around 6 to 7 yrs experience into handling plant independently
Have run plant in full capacity in hygienic and safe conditions, also maintaining quality parameter of DOC, Rice Bran solvent oil, etc
Have managed overall operations to execute projects related to extraction and commissioning
Be able to supervise factory ops to meet targets and implement shift wise production and manpower plan
