To qualify you must
Have at least 1 yrs experience as Community or ORM Manager for B2C brands
Be a voice of the ed-tech brand on social media and monitor and address queries and complaints
Be able to build a thriving community, nurture a pipeline of prospects and drive engagement through newsletters and emails
Be proficient in English writing and communication, with hands-on experience in social listening tools like Meltwater, etc
