To qualify you must
- Have a graduate degree or diploma with 2 to 3 yrs of experience in customer service
- Have excellent communication with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc
- Be open to customer service and provide complaint resolution, maintaining quality and handle customer relations effectively
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions and adopt a systematic and automated way of working
