We're helping to hire for a 2 decade old credit rating company that is leveraging technology tools to change the face of credit rating in India.
To qualify you must
- Have experience as a recruiter in a staffing agency or a corporate with a diploma or MBA in HR
- Be hands on with selection processes, interviewing and tools like ATS and CMS
- Act as a point of contact for candidates and be able to build a relation and promote company reputation with candidates
- Have excellent communication and problem solving skills and be able to monitor HR best practices
