- Have 2 yrs of experience handling a team of tele-callers in a BPO setup

- Lead a team of sales coordinators to increase efficiency and output with the right kind of motivation

- Have good communication and leadership qualities, to effectively interface between the management and sales teams

- Provide training and troubleshoot issues for the team
